For the implementation of our projects, CISP uses human resources selected on general criteria in consideration of the specific needs of each project. At the same time, CISP adheres to a criterion of transparency and efficiency, and can therefore commission services, civil works and supply contracts based on detailed terms in calls for tenders, inviting companies and firms to compete and organise, in some cases, national or international tenders.
Requirements depend on the type of role and functions that can be found in the job description. In general, we require:
fluency in the spoken and written language of the country (English, Spanish, French and Portuguese)
educational qualification or training relevant to the type of duties required
Previous experience in international cooperation and in the country of interest
adaptability, flexibility, and operational management skills
The CISP considers previous participation in sectoral specialisation courses and, in particular, in the Master in Development Cooperation at the University of Pavia as an additional positive qualification.
Il CISP considera positivamente l’anteriore partecipazione a corsi di specializzazione settoriali e in particolare, al Master in Cooperazione allo Sviluppo presso l'Università di Pavia.
Anyone interested in working with CISP needs to send an updated CV in one of CISP's working languages (English, Spanish, or French) by filling in the fields on the side.
In-depth interviews are requested directly by CISP. The final selection is usually made through a series of interviews attended by candidates pre-selected based on their CV.
